Check connectivity, server selection, application version, symbol status, and order details before reporting an MT5 issue.
Confirm that the device has a stable connection, the application is current, and the selected trading server matches the intended account. Record the time and any status shown in the platform. Do not repeatedly submit the same order while the result of an earlier request is uncertain.
Include the symbol, order type, requested volume, approximate submission time with timezone, and the order, deal, or position identifier where available. Explain the expected and observed result without sending a password or access code. Platform history and journal details can help distinguish an order result from a display issue.
