Available functions depend on the connected trading server and the account, so the presence of a general MT5 feature does not by itself confirm that a particular instrument or service is available.
Desktop provides the broadest workspace for charts and Expert Advisors, while web and mobile interfaces help with monitoring and order management away from the main terminal. Keep software current and confirm that the selected server belongs to the intended AFX Markets account.
